You can add toppings while they are still warm, such as grated cheese, then roll them up, or allow them to cool first before adding cream cheese or salad. These linseed wraps can be grilled with toppings instead of a pizza base.
I add rosemary to my linseed wraps as I find the children accept the taste and texture more with some flavour added. You could experiment with other seasonings and herbs.
Add fillings such as tuna mayonaise, cream cheese, grated cheese, ham, grated cheese. For more lunch ideas, click here.
Mix all the ingredients in a cup and pour onto an glass microwavable plate which has been sprayed with oil.
Spread out the mixture like you would a pancake, to 2 mm thick.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes and allow to cool.
