Greek Lamb Feta Sausages
There’s not much to add here, or a recipe to give, just to encourage you to try different gourmet sausages that are made from real meat from a real butcher. Don’t buy those pre-cooked things in the supermarket, don’t buy saveloys (they contain 21 ingredients, 5 flavourings, 15g carbs), buy real meat, whole meat.
Look for minimum 75% meat, no wheat fillers, minimal additives, low carb (which will also indicate it is packed with meat and minimal fillers). Beware of meat products with a long shelf life.
They will be packed with preservatives to allow them to sit on the supermarket shelf for weeks (remember real food goes off, real food rots). Find a real butcher, try different flavours or suggest some to them.
