Many of you may have heard of Sarah Wilson, she has built an incredible sugar free empire and literally helped millions Quit Sugar.
Whilst Sarah’s programmes and books have emphasise being fructose free, the guides, books and are incredibly beautiful and inspiring and have helped hundreds of thousands to quit sugar. No one can argue that Sarah has done more for the sugar free movement than almost anyone else. She has made quitting sugar easy, fun and a pretty darn laid back affair.
I have bought a few of Sarah’s books and have found that many of the recipes can easily be adapted to our low carb lifestyle. I use stevia or erythritol instead of rice malt syrup, and on the occasion that flour is used, I have been baking low carb for so long, I instinctively know whether to use coconut flour or almond flour in it’s place.
