If you want a quick and easy sugar-free dessert, nothing is as fast as a simple low-carb sundae.

A simple low carb sundae with layered raspberries, blackberries, chocolate cream and whipped cream. It’s a much better option than a McDonald’s strawberry (?) sundae which has 65g carbs and a whopping 54g sugar!

  1. Oh yummy and I have all the ingredients

  2. Can you replace the heavy cream with coconut milk or coconut cream?

  3. What do you mean by granulated sweetener? I’m new at this.

    1. I use erythritol or stevia (or a blend of the two). You can read my Ultimate guide to low-carb sweeteners here if you are new. All my recipes, I try to add images and links below so you can learn which ingredients I have used. After a while they will become the “new normal”. Good luck and add sweetener to YOUR taste as it may be different to mine or anyone else. And it will change and diminish as time goes on. 🙂

  4. What does 500 ml mean? I’m in the US – Please speak American – not European.

    1. 500ml is approx 2 cups. I do not speak “American” as I am from NZ. Isn’t it great that we are all from different and varied parts of the world here? A truly international site that welcomes all. I give translations for all my American friends, apart from a few older recipes (this is one of those that I am still catching up on). Enjoy 🙂

  5. Hiya,
I love the taste of coconut, but hate the texture. I’m assuming I can leave the shredded coconut out? Also, what if you stirred cocoa powder through it all? Does that increase net carbs too much? Ask for my chocolate loving tastebuds!?

    1. Yes you may omit the coconut, maybe add some chopped macadamia or other nuts instead? And yes you may add cocoa to the whipped cream, it will add a few more carbs, depending on which brand you use. Enjoy 🙂

  6. How Many servings do you get out of this recipe?

  7. I’m a little confused. It says “sugar free” and yet every ingredient contains sugar and the nutrition facts says each serving has 2 grams of sugar.

I cannot figure out where the chocolate is used.
