  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 inches celery stick finely sliced
  • 1 small scallion/spring onions finely chopped
  • salt/pepper to taste

Keto Chicken Caesar Salad

  • 1/4 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Easy Keto Chicken Soup

  • 1/4 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 scallion/spring onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp ginger crushed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt/pepper to taste

Easy Keto Creamy Chicken Salad

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. What could be easier than this creamy lazy keto chicken meal?

Keto Chicken Caesar Salad

  • Add the baby spinach leaves to the bottom of your serving bowl. 
  • Add the chicken, blue cheese (or cheese of your liking), bacon bits.
  • Drizzle all over with mayonnaise.

Easy Keto Chicken Soup

  • Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to the boil. Serve and garnish with your favourite herbs. Top Tip: The longer you simmer the keto chicken soup, the better the flavours will infuse.

Keto Chicken Spicy Dip

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Optional: Add more curry powder if you like it extra spicy.
