1batchKeto Tortillascut into 8 taco sized tortillas
Taco Meat
450gground/minced beef
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic salt
1tspground cumin
1tsppaprika
1tspchilli powder
Toppings
1cupshredded lettuce
1tomato diced
2tbspsour cream
1/4cupshredded/grated cheese

Instructions
Mix all the seasonings together in a small dish then set aside until ready to use.
Heat a skillet on the stove. When it is hot add your ground beef to the pan.
Next, add your seasoning to the meat. Use a spatula to break the meat into small pieces as the meat browns and mix the seasoning in. When the meat is complete cooked scoop the meat out of the pan and dispose the grease.
Cook your keto tortillas on the stove so that they are warm. Keep the tortillas wrapped and warm until you are ready to fill your tacos.
To fill your tacos layer the meat and taco toppings into each tortilla. You will want to use 1/8 of each topping in the tortillas to ensure you have enough for 8 tacos.
Top with your favorite keto hot sauce if desired and enjoy!
