Basic Coffee Creamer Recipe
2½cupsalmond milk unsweetened
13.5ozcoconut milk1 can, no sugar added
3tbspgranulated sweetener of choiceor more, to your taste
⅛tspxanthan gumoptional
Mocha Coffee Creamer
1tbspcocoa powderunsweetened
Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1tbspvanilla extract
Hazelnut Coffee Creamer
2tsphazelnut extract
Cinnamon Coffee Creamer
1tspground cinnamon
Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
1tspmixed spice/pumpkin spice
1tbsppumpkin puree

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the basic coffee creamer recipe PLUS your chosen coffee creamer flavor, together in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Let the creamer come to a simmer, gently stirring occasionally. When all the sweetener is dissolved remove the pan from the heat. Cover the pan with a lid. Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
Once the creamer is cool pour it into a jar with a lid. Close tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
