Handmade Chocolates

  • Mix the cream cheese, sweetener and peppermint essence together in a small bowl.
  • Roll into little balls using your hands or 2 spoons. Place them on a plate in the fridge to harden.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or sit the bowl of chocolate on top of a bowl of boiling water, to melt the chocolate.
  • Line a baking tray with non stick baking paper.
  • Drop a handful of nuts into the chocolate, then using 2 spoons, pick each nut out and place on the baking tray.
  • Do the same with the cream cheese balls, dipping them in chocolate then placing on the baking tray.
  • Put the baking tray into the fridge for the chocolate to harden.
  • Remove as soon as they are set, and place in a gift box, lined with baking paper.
