Instructions
Heat oil such as olive oil or coconut oil in the frying pan.
Fry the bacon, halloumi, and mushrooms until cooked.
In the same frying pan, add the eggs so they cook in the bacon fat.
Once the bacon, mushrooms, halloumi, and eggs are fully cooked, remove them from the pan and place them onto a hot serving plate.
Add the spinach in the remaining bacon fat to quickly wilt.
Serve and enjoy.
