- Basic user (beginners) – You may choose to only use the macro calculator (scroll below) to calculate your daily allowance of carbs, protein and fat. The macro calculator will show you the carb and protein equivalents for your daily goals. These are examples of how you could spend your carbs and protein. - More in-depth user (intermediate) – you might want to look at nutrita.app for the nutrient density scores of the food you are enjoying to formulate a well designed, nutrient dense meal plan. If you have been low-carb or keto for a while, it may be time to revisit where your carbs are coming from and how nutritious they are. For most beginners, they tend to just count carbs first, without the focus being on nutrition. It’s time to get serious, and only eat unprocessed nutrient dense food.
